Maintenance & Service

Next Energy recommends that Heating Systems are serviced annually to ensure continued maximization of energy efficiencies. Our Technicians will carry out a site visit to confirm that all is working as expected and make fine tuning adjustments to thermostats.

Our Service Programme ensures that our customers gain the maximum reliability and long-term use of their Heating Systems.

Owner’s Manual

We supply our customers with a dedicated Owner’s Manual which thoroughly explains their Heating System. This Owner’s Manual includes photos of the installation of their System, detailed plans and drawings of where the captor field is located and particulars regarding individual parts and components.

Warranty

Next Energy Ltd, will, free of charge, replace or repair (at Next Energy’s discretion) any parts proved to Next Energy’s satisfaction to be defective by faulty materials or workmanship. Compressors and Captors are covered by a five year warranty with a two year warranty for all other parts and labour carried out to complete installation. This is subject to conditions - full details are available upon request.
